STANDARD UK DELIVERY
Our art prints are hand rolled in tissue and packed in an extremely strong cardboard tube ready for posting. These are shipped by a private specialist art courier. We aim to ship your order within 3 to 5 working days from your purchase – at this current time with covid19, there are circumstances where things may take a little longer. We will strive to stay in touch with you if any problems do occur.
With our international shipping service for Europe, North America and the rest of the world please allow shipping to take from 6 to 12 working days, and if your order has not arrived after 14 working days please contact us. For orders outside Europe and North America please allow from 10 to 16 working days, and if your order has not arrived after 20 working days then please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org All international orders are sent with Royal Mail world wide airmail, and upon dispatch you will be emailed a tracking number for your order.
Vanguard is not responsible for international duties or taxes.
All international duties and taxes in relation to your order are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you're shipping internationally, please bear in mind that you may be liable for import duties and VAT.
Artworks are usually subject to import VAT at a reduced rate. Check with your local tax authority for more details. Import taxes are collected by the shipping company at the time the package clears customs. Vanguard is not involved in collecting or calculating import taxes.
Vanguard is not responsible for parcels damaged during shipping. Compensation for loss or damage is the responsibility, and at the discretion of the shipping provider, which Vanguard will oversee and pursue on behalf of the customer.
The amount and means of compensation is determined according to the shipping provider’s terms and conditions, and the nature of an individual claim.
In the case that we are unable to deliver our packages to your given address (due to a lack of access to the site or an incorrect address), and the parcels are returned to us, additional payment will be required for a second shipping.
Vanguard are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase however if not, please return the piece within 14 days of receipt and in the original condition. If you have any problems with your order or wish to cancel/exchange any items, please contact email@example.com in the first instance to arrange the return of your artwork(s). Artworks should be returned to us at the following address:

Vanguard cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you do choose to return any item by post, we recommend using a reputable, tracked parcel delivery or courier service.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you are entitled cancel your purchase and receive either a refund or exchange the items for store credit (of equal value).
To qualify for an exchange or refund, the artwork(s) must be returned to us in mint condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipped artworks can be returned to us via post and will refunded minus the shipping and packaging cost.
Please note that we recommend not opening your print until you take it to a framer to ensure it is only handled by experienced art handlers. And if you do find your print to be not to your taste, we strongly recommend you ask a framer or other art handler to roll it back up for you to return, as often in the re-rolling stage, they can sustain damage, and you will not qualify for a refund.
All orders found to be faulty or not as described will be refunded in full.
All refunds will be processed in GBP. We cannot be held accountable to changes in exchange rates.
